Aeries Parent Portal

The Aeries Student and Parent Portal provides online access to student data, attendance, report cards, schedules, and test results.

Before the start of school each year, parents must use Aeries Portal to complete the Annual Student Information Update which allows families to update emergency contacts, medical information, and electronically acknowledge annual notifications and sign contracts. 

 

1. Go to the Aeries Student/Parent Portal website
2. Log in
   • New Users
     • If you have not accessed Aeries Parent Portal before, please reference the email sent to you by [EMAIL] with instructions on how to create an account. You may need to check your spam folder. 
     • If you did not receive the email, please contact helpdesk@mcsd.k12.ca.us.
   • Returning Users
     • We recommend changing your password at the start of the school year.
     • Enter your email address associated with the account (same email you provided to your child's school) and then click the “Forgot Password” link.
     • Follow on-screen instructions.
